Using your life experiences and qualifications

Did you know that as an existing or new student of Strathfield College you can apply to use your educational, industry and life experiences as credits towards completing your qualification.

This is called Recognition of Prior Learning.

  • Confirm your competence and employability skills against a national Training Package
  • Identify what is needed to achieve competence in a specific training award ie Diploma
  • Develop an individual training plan to assist you to reach your training goal
  • Decrease the time in gaining a national recognized qualification

How do I apply to have my educational and life experiences recognised?
