New HSK teacher mentor program

On 9th of Dec, 2008 and 11th of Dec, 2008, Sydney HSK Centre held a HSK Step by Step Level 1-Level 7 NSW teacher mentor program session.

This program aims to help teachers to implement our HSK supplementary 10 Levels to individual schools or classes, this includes using HSK Levels 1-7 Teaching Program, HSK Levels 1-7 Units of work and the HSK 10 Levels test. Teachers shall help to provide feedback to Sydney HSK Centre for improving the HSK system, and encourage other teachers to participate in the project.

Meanwhile, teachers who are involved in this program can:

• Have access to the electronic version of the Levels 1-7 Teaching Program
• Be supported by Sydney HSK Centre in terms of teaching resources and strategies
• Get certificates of Professional Development by HSK
• Become future teachers/examiners/markers of Sydney HSK

Sydney HSK Centre arranged many training sessions for HSK level 1-7 teaching programs and Step by Step Units of work in 2008. The feedback from teachers has been very positive.
