How can I pay?

Strathfield College accepts the following forms of payment:

 

Bank Deposit and Electronic Bank Transfer

Funds may be transferred using internet banking or deposited directly at a Commonwealth Bank branch. A receipt confirming your transaction must be forwarded to the Marketing Department.

Please put your Student ID Number in the “Agent” or “Description field”. If you do not have a student number, please enter your name, family name and date of birth.

Please note that a late payment penalty of $50 will apply if payments are made late/after agreed due dates. Special considerations may be granted to wavier late payment fees; however, it should be communicated/fee extension applied prior to due dates. Approval of the applications is subject to Strathfield College faculty’s final decision.

EFT, EFTPOS and Credit Card

Australian bank debit cards are accepted using the College’s EFTPOS facility. Please see the staff in the Marketing Department. Visa and Master credit cards are accepted, these transactions incur a 3% surcharge. A third party credit card is accepted for payments only if the credit card authorisation/remittance form is signed by the card holder.

Cheque/Money Order/Bank Drafts

Cheques, money orders and bank drafts should be made payable to “Strathfield College” and either posted or handed to the Marketing Department. Please note cheques and money orders can take 3‐5 working days for funds to be received and 10 working days for Bank drafts.

 

Cash

 

Cash is no longer accepted on the premises. There are 3 Commonwealth Bank (CBA) branches within a 5 minute walk from the office to make a deposit at. Deposit slips noting the student number in the agent field can be obtained from the Admissions office.
